The principal focus of the Throughcare group has been on the development of a computer-based throughcare ‘map’. The ‘map’ aims to be a comprehensive electronic source for legislation, guidance and practice issues in relation to throughcare in Scotland and can be found at this link.
The group is currently reviewing what its aims should be now that it has successfully completed its work on the ‘map’.
